DISC is a workplace assessment tool that identifies and describes individual's behaviour traits. DISC highlights people’s preferred, or most natural, ways of behaving at work.

DISC uses a framework of four main behavioural through traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

Dominance describes behaviour that is assertive, goal-oriented, and seeks to be in control of situations.

Influence describes behaviour that is people oriented and sociable, even enthusiastic about connecting and working with other people
